摘要
目的观察穴位贴敷联合热毒宁治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法随机选取本院诊治的200例小儿肺炎患儿,由SAS软件生成随机数字表,依据入组时间先后随机分为试验组和对照组各100例,对照组予以热毒宁治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上给予中药穴位敷贴,连续治疗2周,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率79.9%,试验组总有效率98.14%,试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患儿咳嗽持续时间、肺部啰音持续时间及发热持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组在试验期间,均无明显不良反应发生。结论穴位贴敷联合热毒宁治疗小儿肺炎具有较好的临床疗效,安全性较高,值得临床推广及使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with Reduning in treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods 200 cases of children with pneumonia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group was treated with Reduning,and experimental group was treated with acupoint application of Chinese medicine on the basis of control group,both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of control group and experimental group was 79.9% and 98.14%,respectively,which of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group( P<0.05);the cough duration,lung rale duration and fever duration of experimental group were shorter than those of control group( P<0.05);no significant adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the test. Conclusion Acupoint Application of Chinese medicine combined with Reduning has good clinical effect and high safety in treatment of infantile pneumonia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
