摘要
本文从理论上研究中国农业生产经营模式的演变机理,分析中国农业的劳动分工问题。研究表明,发展农业生产外包模式,实现农业生产的纵向劳动分工,形成生产服务规模经济,是打破中国当前农业生产家庭经营土地规模小、难以实现土地规模经济桎梏的重要途径。理论研究同时表明,市场规模是诱导当前农业生产服务外包市场以及劳动分工形成的核心因素,而提升外包服务市场的交易半径是扩大市场规模的主要有效途径。另外,市场的进入门槛限制了外包服务主体的市场占有量和服务半径,使得单个服务主体市场规模受限,从而影响纵向劳动分工的进一步深化。不同的生产环节由于进入门槛的不同而呈现出不同的劳动分工程度,比如,在耕田以及插秧环节中,由于市场的进入门槛不高,进入市场的服务主体较多,使得单个服务主体能够获得的市场占有量有限,因此,劳动分工的专业化程度不高。
This paper theoretically studies the evolution mechanism of agricultural production and operation modeof China,and analyzes the division of labor in Chinese agriculture. The study shows that the development of agricultural production outsourcing model can realize the vertical division of labor in agricultural production and obtain economies of scale from outsourcing service,which therefore is an important way to break the shackles that small landholdings mode taking household as the unit can not realize economies of scale. It also shows that the size of market is the core factor that induces the formations of current agricultural production service outsourcing market and the division of labor,and the transaction radius of outsourcing services market is the main effective way to expand the size of the market. In addition,the market entry threshold would limit the market share and transaction radius of outsourcing service providers,which in turn affects the further vertical division of labor. Different production procedures present different degrees of division of labor for owning different entry thresholds. For example,as to ploughing and planting,there are many outsourcing service providers for low entry thresholds,and then the market share of single provider is limited. Therefore,the specialization division of labor is not further.
