摘要
目的了解医学生手机使用行为现状以及对手机细菌的认知,调查分析医学生手机细菌的污染情况及其手机细菌的种属。方法于2020年12月随机选取哈尔滨医科大学121名在校医学生进行问卷调查,了解医学生对手机使用行为和手机细菌的认知度。随机选取54名医学生,分为临床医学专业组(n=31)和其他医学专业组(n=23),采用MALDI TOF质谱法鉴定两组学生手机细菌的种属。结果结果显示,一半以上的医学生在吃东西、上厕所、做实验时有使用手机的行为;手机细菌知识、态度和行为(knowledge,atitudes and practices,KAP)得分与性别和专业有关,女医学生KAP得分比男医学生高(P=0.003),临床医学专业医学生的KAP得分明显低于其他专业医学生(P=0.002)。手机细菌的检出率9为77.8%(42/54),共培养出3144个菌落,鉴定出27种手机细菌。与其他医学专业相比,临床医学专业医学生手机检测出的表皮葡萄球菌、人型葡萄球菌、华纳葡萄球菌,以及藤黄微球菌出现频次更高(P<0.05)。结论医学生特别是临床医学专业医学生的手机使用习惯不良,对手机细菌的认知度低,且手机表面中存在多种条件性致病菌,其中包括致病性金黄色葡萄球菌。
Objective To understand the current status of mobile phone usage behavior and awareness of bacteria on mobile phone among medical students,and to investigate the bacterial contaminations and species of bacteria on mobile phone.Methods In December 2020,121 students in Harbin Medical University were selected randomly,a questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the mobile phone usage behaviors and recognition of bacteria on mobile phone among medical students.Fifty-four medical students were selected and divided into clinical medicine major group(n=31)and other medical major group(n=23),bacterial species and genera of mobile phone in the two groups were determined by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry.Results The results showed that more than half of them used mobile phones while eating,going to the toilet or doing experiments.Knowledge,Attitudes,and Practices(KAP)scores of bacteria on mobile phone were related to gender and major.KAP scores among female medical students were higher than those of male medical students(P=0.003),and KAP scores of clinical medical major students were significantly lower than those of other medical major students(P=0.002).The results showed that the bacterial contaminations were found in 77.8%(42/54)of the tested mobile phones,and 3144 bacterial colonies and 27 types of bacteria were identified.Compared with other specialties,clinical medical specialties had a higher frequency of S.epidermidis,S.hominis,S.warneri,and M.luteus(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical students,especially clinical major students,have inappropriate mobile phone usage habits and lower awareness of bacteria on the mobile phones.There are a variety of opportunistic pathogens on the surface of mobile phones,as well as the pathogenic Staphylococcus aureus.
