基于5G技术对甲状腺、乳腺手术患者进行超高清视频随访的应用分析 被引量:1

Application analysis of ultra high definition video follow-up for patients with thyroid surgery and breast surgery based on 5G technology

摘要 目的探讨采用5G+4K视频方式对甲状腺和乳腺手术术后患者进行随访的效果。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院普外科2021年1月~2022年1月收治的40例甲状腺手术患者,观察组20例,对照组20例,均施行双侧甲状腺全切除术及中央区域颈部淋巴结清扫术;40例乳腺手术患者,观察组20例,对照组20例,均施行乳腺癌改良根治术。对照组采用传统电话随访,观察组采用5G+4K超高清视频随访,观察患者切口愈合情况、引流量、引流液颜色、引流管不良事件和引流管拔除时间。结果甲状腺手术和乳腺手术观察组患者甲级切口愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后引流量、引流液性状、引流管不良事件和引流管拔管时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论5G+4K视频随访方式高效安全,节约了医疗资源,降低了医保支付负担,利于现阶段新冠疫情防控,优于电话随访。 Objective To explore the application effect of 5 G+4 K video follow-up in patients after thyroid surgery and breast surgery.Methods Forty patients with thyroid surgery and 40 patients with breast surgery who were admitted to the Department of General Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected.In 40 patients with thyroid surgery,20 cases in the observation group and 20 cases in the control group,underwent bilateral total thyroidectomy and cervical lymph node dissection in the central region;In 40 patients with breast surgery,20 cases in the observation group and 20 cases in the control group,underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.The control group was followed up by traditional telephone,and the observation group was followed up by 5 G+4 K ultra high definition video.The incision healing,drainage volume,drainage fluid properties,drainage tube adverse events and drainage tube extubation time were compared.Results The healing rate of grade A incision in the observation group for thyroid surgery and breast surgery was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in postoperative drainage volume,drainage fluid properties,drainage tube adverse events and drainage tube extubation time(P>0.05).Conclusion The 5 G+4 K video follow-up is efficient and safe,which saves medical resources,reduces the burden of medical insurance payment,and is beneficial to the current prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic.It is superior to telephone follow-up.
