摘要
目的探究哈尔滨市三级甲等医院医护人员抗逆力水平及其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查的方式对哈尔滨市三级甲等医院的医护人员进行抽样调查,使用描述性统计方法和逐步分层Logistic回归分析进行数据处理。结果医护人员抗逆力总分的得分情况高于其他同质研究。工作年限、是否轮班、社会支持中的主观支持和客观支持为医护人员抗逆力水平的主要影响因素。结论工作年限低、参与轮班、社会支持中的主观支持和客观支持情况较差的医务人员更可能处于较低的抗逆力水平。
Objective To explore the level of resilience and influencing factors of Chinese medical staff in the third-class hospitals in Harbin.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to conduct a sample survey of medical staff in the third-class hospitals in Harbin,and data processing was performed using descriptive statistical methods and stepwise stratified logistic regression analysis.Results The score of medical staff’s resilience was higher than other homogeneous studies.In addition,low working years,participation in shifts,subjective support and objective support in social support were the main factors influencing the resilience of medical staff.Conclusion Medical staff with poor working years,participation in shifts,poor subjective support and objective support in social support maight be at a lower level of resistance.
