摘要
本文通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取丁香,连翘,降香挥发油成分,通过滤纸片实验、最小抑制浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)的测定,选取金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、绿脓杆菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)、肠炎沙门氏菌(Salmonella enteritidis)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)病原微生物进行抑菌活性的测定,并采用膜渗透性对其抑菌机理进行探讨。结果表明,3种药用植物精油均有一定抗菌效果。且抑菌活性顺序为:丁香精油>连翘精油>降香精油。膜渗透性实验表明,丁香精油能够改变细胞膜渗透性,并进一步导致细菌死亡。
In this paper,the essential oil of clove,Forsythia,and dalbergiae were extracted by steam distillation.The antibacterial activities of the essential oil against five bacteria were tested by filter paper experiment,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC).The antibacterial mechanism was studied by using membrane permeability.The Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas Aeruginosa,Salmonella enteritidis and Bacillus Subtilis were used to test the antibacterial activity.The results showed that all the three essential oils had antibacterial effects.And the antibacterial activity was clove essential oil>forsythia essential oil>dalbergiae essential oil.The membrane permeability experiment showed that clove essential oil could change the membrane permeability and lead to the death of bacteria.
