摘要
为解决旧城改造项目前期征地拆迁工程量统计难题,基于倾斜摄影测量技术,利用航测方法获取影像数据,通过空三加密、影像匹配、三角网建立以及纹理映射等步骤,实现三维实景模型的建立。结合数字高程模型、正摄影像以及BIM(建筑信息模型)等数据,构建征地拆迁地块的三维GIS(地理信息系统),进行缓冲区分析,得到地块内的房屋拆迁工程量。论文以某旧城改造建设实例进行比对,验证了倾斜摄影测量技术在征地拆迁工程项目中应用的可行性与有效性。
In order to solve the statistical problems of land acquisition and demolition in the early stage of the old city reconstruction project,based on the tilt photogrammetry technology,the UAV survey method is used to obtain the image data,and then the reconstruction of the 3D real scene model is realized through the steps of air-three encryption,image matching,triangle network establishment and texture mapping.Combined with the digital elevation model,positive photography,BIM(building information model)and other data,the 3D GIS(geographic information system)of the old city plot is constructed,the buffer area is analyzed,and the work amount of housing demolition is calculated.The feasibility and effectiveness of tilt photogrammetry technology in the application of land acquisition and demolition project is verified through an example of an old city renovation and construction project.
