组织管理中的工作要求研究述评

摘要 工作要求是组织管理领域一个传统且重要的研究话题,该领域积累了丰富的研究成果,诞生出了很多经典的理论。随着时代的发展,企业对于员工工作要求的结构也在发生改变。为了顺应组织发展的需要,学者们开始关注一些新型的、具有时代特征的特殊工作要求,以实现组织在新时代背景下高效、持久地发展。基于实践和学术的需要,本文系统地综述了组织行为学中有关工作要求的研究脉络,按照理论的发展顺序更加全面、系统地回顾工作要求的理论基础;辅以一些典型的、具有时代代表性的、具体的工作要求类型的实证研究结果,本文通过提炼总结对研究现状作出了评述,并指出了该领域未来可能的研究方向。 Job demand is a traditional and important research topic in the field of organizational management,which has accumulated rich research results and given birth to many classic theories in this field.However,with the development of the times,the structure of job requirements for employees in businesses is also undergoing changes.In order to meet the needs of organizational development,scholars have started to focus on some new and characteristic job requirements that reflect the spirit of the times,in order to achieve efficient and sustainable development of organizations in the new era.Based on practical and academic needs,this study systermatically reviews the research trends in job requirements in organizational behavior and comprehensively reviews the theoretical foundations of job requirements in the order of theoretical development.It is supplemented by empirical research results on some typical job requirement types that have contemporary signifcance.This study provides a summary and cnitique of the current research status through synthesis and points out possible research directions in this field in the future.
