摘要
把农业、农村、农民概括地统称为“三农”是当代中国独创的话语。建党百年来党的“三农”思想演进和实践轨迹始终包含一个内在的逻辑,即从中国实际出发,通过农村生产关系及其具体形式的调整以促进农业生产力发展,探索农业发展、农村进步、农民富裕的中国道路。梳理党的“三农”经济思想和政策实践史,对于进一步探索农业发展、农村进步、农民富裕的中国道路,推动实施乡村振兴战略具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
In the past one hundred years since the thought of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”was first established,its theoretical evolution and practice has always maintained an internal logic,that is,based on the actual situation of China,by adjusting the relations and forms of production in rural areas to promote the development of agricultural productivity and explore the way to achieve agricultural development,rural progress and farmers’prosperity in China.Sorting out the development context and policy practice history of the agriculture,rural areas and farmers has important theoretical value and great practical significance for China to further explore the path of agricultural development,rural progress and farmers’prosperity,and promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
