摘要
目的:研究信必可都保联合思力华治疗支气管哮喘伴慢阻肺的疗效及对IL-6、CRP水平的影响。方法:选取我院收治的支气管哮喘伴慢阻肺患者162例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组81例。对照组给予信必可都保,治疗组在对照组基础上口服思力华,对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、肺功能、血气指标水平、IL-6、CRP水平和不良反应发生率。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组临床疗效较好;两组患者FEV1、FVC和FEV1/FVC水平显著升高;治疗组升高程度较大;两组患者pH值和pCO2显著降低,pO2显著升高;实验组改善程度显著高于对照组;两组患者治疗后CRP、IL-6水平显著降低;治疗组降低较明显;结论:采用思力华联合信必可都保治疗支气管哮喘伴慢阻肺具有较好的治疗效果,能够降低血清炎性因子水平,安全性较高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the efficacy of Xinbike Dubao combined with Sirihua in the treatment of bronchial asthma with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its effect on the levels of IL-6 and CRP.Methods 162 cases of bronchial asthma with COPD were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,81 cases in each group.The control group was given Xinbike Dubao,while the treatment group was given Sirihua orally on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,blood gas index level,IL-6,CRP level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical effect of the treatment group was better;the levels of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the two groups increased significantly;the level of FEV1/FVC in the treatment group increased significantly;the pH value and pCO2 in the two groups decreased significantly,and the improvement of pO2 in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group;The levels of CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment;the treatment group was significantly reduced;Conclusion Sirihua combined with Xinbike Dubao has a better therapeutic effect on bronchial asthma with COPD,and can reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,with higher safety and value.It should be popularized and applied in clinic.
