FecB基因与肉羊多羔繁殖生产的关联性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究湖羊FecB基因多态性与产羔率之间的规律性、杜湖F1代的B基因导入情况及基因型、繁殖率、成活率之间的关联性,试验在伊州区牧缘养殖专业合作社和哈密市牧祥农业养殖专业合作社以湖羊、杜湖杂交羊F1为研究对象,采用PCR-RFLP方法对FecB基因进行检测。结果表明:湖羊B等位基因为优势等位基因,等位基因频率为0.526;杜湖杂交羊的+等位基因为优势等位基因,牧缘、牧祥两个合作社的杜湖杂交羊母羊等位基因频率分别为0.590,0.575;FecB基因在湖羊、杜湖杂交羊的多态信息含量(PIC)分别分别为0.374,0.369,均属于中度多态位点。以杜泊羊为父本、湖羊为母本杂交,BB基因型母羊产羔率为267%,B+基因型为233%,++基因型为136%,BB基因型母羊产羔率比B+型提高了34百分点(P<0.01),BB型、B+型母羊产羔率比++型母羊分别提高了131,97百分点(P<0.01)。哺乳期杜湖F1羔羊成活率为88.3%(295/334),其中BB基因型母羊羔羊成活率为84.2%,B+基因型为89.6%,++基因型为95.0%,BB基因型与B+基因型差异不显著(P>0.05),而BB基因型与++基因型差异显著(P<0.05)。说明过高的繁殖率会导致死亡率的增加。 In order to study the regularity between Fec B gene polymorphism and lambing rate in Hu sheep,and the relationship between B gene introduction,genotype,reproduction rate and survival rate in Duhu F1,the Hu sheep,Duhu Hybrid sheep F1 were used as the research object,and Fec B gene was detected by PCR-RFLP detection method in this study.The results showed that Hu sheep B allele was the dominant allele and the allele frequency was 0.526.Duhu hybrid sheep+allele was Dominant allele,with an allele frequency of 0.590,0.575.Fec B gene had a PIC of0.374,0.369 in Hu sheep and Duhu hybrid sheep,which are all moderate polymorphic loci.Dubo sheep were used as the male parent,and Hu sheep were used as the female parent.The genotype was BB type with a lamb rate of 267%;the genotype was B+type with a lamb rate of 233%,the genotype was++type with a lamb rate of 136%;The genotype of BB ewes has an increase of 34 percentage points compared with B+ewes,which is a significant difference(P<0.01).The genotypes of BB and B+ewes have a higher lamb rate than++ewes.They increased by 131%and 97%,respectively,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).The survival rate of Duhu F1 lambs during lactation was 88.3%(295/334),of which the BB,B+,++genotype were 84.2%,89.6%,95.0%,respectively.And there was no significant difference between lamb survival rate for BB genotype and B+genotype ewes(P>0.05),while there was significant difference between BB and++genotype(P<0.05).It can be seen from the experiment that an excessively high reproduction rate will lead to an increase in mortality.
