摘要
为应对世界范围内综合国力的激烈竞争,推进新工科建设,助力经济转型升级,要打造一批实践能力强、创新能力强、具备国际竞争力的高素质复合型新工科人才。为顺应“新工科”的发展背景,食品专业应更注重学科应用性和交叉性。针对仪器分析课程教学中存在的问题,现将从完善教学内容、转变教学模式等方面进行研究和探索,旨在提升教学效果,调动学生的主观能动性,提高学生的创新性和应用性。
In order to cope with the fierce competition of comprehensive national strength in the world,promote the construction of new engineering,and help the economic transformation and upgrading,it is necessary to create a group of highqualitycompound new engineering talents with strong practical ability,innovation ability and international competitiveness.In order to adapt to the development background of“new engineering”,food specialty should pay more attention to the application and intersectionality of disciplines.In view of the problems existing in the teaching of instrumental analysis course,this paper will conduct research and exploration from the aspects of improving the teaching content and transforming the teaching mode,so as to improve the teaching effect,mobilize students’subjective initiative,and improve student’s innovation and application.
