职教高考制度的历史意义、存在问题与行动框架探析 被引量:2

摘要 职教高考制度是新时期高等职业教育招生考试的创新制度,蕴含多重价值诉求和历史意义,包括建立独立的招生录取体系、落实与普通高考同等重要的地位、坚持职业教育类型特色发展道路等。厘清职教高考历史意义是完善和健全职教高考制度的底层逻辑,应以可能存在的问题为导向,探索兼顾公平与效率的职教高考制度,加快推进职教本科建设、中职学考测试、普职融通发展等,实现有序推进职教高考改革。 Gaokao policy for vocational education has helped establish an innovative system for higher vocational education examinations,and therefore been of great value and historical significance,especially in terms of helping with setting up an independent enrollment system,offering an equal chance for candidates from different schools,as well as adhering to a prospective vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.Such being the case,this article holds that it is quite significant to have a better understanding of the historical meaning of gaokao for vocational schools.To be specific,we are supposed,oriented by the problems,to explore a fair and efficient system,to promote the disciplinary construction in vocational schools,and to advance the reform by means of the certificate examinations and the integration of general and vocational education.
