摘要
目前我国国内黄磷电炉主要采用直接喷水将黄磷炉气冷凝回收的生产工艺,此过程中炉气中的粉尘同步脱除,形成大量泥磷,泥磷造成了产品损失和潜在的环境污染风险。随着国家环保监管力度的加大以及黄磷行业环保标准的日益严格,黄磷企业面临巨大环保压力。解决上述问题的途径之一是将收磷和除尘2个过程分离开,即在冷凝塔前增加预除尘设备,将有效减少泥磷的产生。除尘有湿法和干法2种形式,湿法除尘依然会产生泥磷,干法除尘常用的有纤维滤料过滤式除尘器和电除尘器,前者许用温度不适用于现有黄磷生产条件,后者理论条件适宜,在工况类似的其他行业应用技术成熟,且在国内外磷厂有过应用案例,因此电除尘器在黄磷炉气除尘工艺中将会有很大的发展潜力,是黄磷行业绿色发展的趋势。
At present,the production process of yellow phosphorus electric furnace in China is mainly recovering condensate yellow phosphorus furnace gas by spraying water directly.In this process,the dust in the furnace gas is removed synchronously,and a large amount of phosphorus sludge is formed,which causes product losses and potential environmental pollution risks.With the increase of national environmental protection supervision and the increasingly strict environmental protection standards of yellow phosphorus industry,yellow phosphorus enterprises are facing huge environmental pressure.One way to solve the above problems is to separate the two processes of phosphorus collection and dust removal,that is,adding pre-dust removal equipment before the condensation towers will effectively reduce the production of phosphorus sludge.There are two forms of dedusting:wet dedusting and dry dedusting.Wet dedusting will still produce phosphorus sludge.Dry dedusting commonly adopts fiber filter media filter type deduster and electrostatic precipitator.Wet dedusting allowable temperature is not suitable for the existing production conditions of yellow phosphorus,while dry dedusting has suitable theoretical conditions and mature application technology in other industries with similar working conditions.Moreover,there have been electrostatic precipitator application cases in yellow phosphorus enterprises at home and abroad.Therefore,electrostatic precipitator will have great development potential in the process of yellow phosphorus furnace gas dust removal,which is the trend of green development of yellow phosphorus industry.
