炼铁工艺绿色低碳及智能化技术研究进展 被引量:2

RESEARCH PROGRESS OF GREEN LOW-CARBON AND INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGIES IN IRONMAKING PROCESS

摘要 从原料、设备和过程的节能减排潜力出发,总结归纳了绿色低碳炼铁技术及智能化炼铁技术的发展状况。主要介绍了先进烧结技术、熔剂性球团技术、高炉优化技术、非高炉技术等绿色低碳炼铁技术,以及炉料结构智能优化系统、高炉模拟技术、高炉专家系统、电气自动化技术、工业互联网智慧管控等智慧炼铁技术。基于此,对未来的炼铁工序乃至整个钢铁工业的绿色低碳以及智能化发展进行展望。从优化炉料结构、提高能量利用效率、完善非高炉炼铁技术、强化全流程智能化管控等方面,提出进一步提升钢铁工业绿色低碳及智能化发展水平的合理化建议,旨在为其转型升级提供有价值的科学依据和经验参考,助力碳达峰、碳中和目标的实现。 Considering the energy saving and emission reduction potential in raw materials,equipment and process,this paper summarized the current development of green,low-carbon and intelligent iron making technologies,mainly including advanced sintering technology,solvent pellet technology,new organic binder technology,advanced blast furnace technology,non-blast furnace technology and so on.Specially,intelligent optimization system of burden structure,blast furnace simulation technology,blast furnace expert system,electrical automation technology,industrial Internet intelligent control and other smart ironmaking technology were also reviewed.Based on which,the green,low-carbon and intelligent development of ironmaking process and even iron and steel industry was proposed further.Thereafter,some reasonable suggestions were put forward,such as optimizing burden structure,improving energy utilization efficiency,improving non-blast furnace ironmaking technology and strengthening intelligent control of the whole process,to provide valuable scientific basis and experience reference for its transformation and upgrading and promote the realization of emission peak and carbon neutralization further.
