摘要
学科发展力是学科可持续高质量发展的能力,以文化力、适应力、学术力、组织力为基本表征。学科发展力是大学变革的核心动力,又构成大学变革与发展的关键标识。学科发展力在加快学术共同体构建、促进学科组织建设、优化学科布局等方面体现其内在价值谱系,并作为动力引擎、要素纲领、评价核心支撑起大学的变革与进步。增强学科发展力需要深化大学变革,学科时代取向要求变革大学文化,学科科技挑战要求变革大学创造力,学科资源配置要求变革大学运行机制。
The development power of discipline is the ability of sustainable and high-quality development of the discipline,characterized by cultural power,adaptability,academic power and organizational power.It is the core driving force of university reform,and constitutes the key symbol of university reform and development.It embodies its intrinsic value spectrum in three aspects,namely accelerating the construction of academic community,promoting the construction of discipline organization and optimizing the layout of disciplines.It serves as the driving engine,the element program and the evaluation core to support the university reform.To enhance the development power of discipline,it is necessary to deepen university reform.That is,the orientation of discipline time requires the change of university culture,the challenge of discipline science and technology requires the change of university creativity,and the allocation of discipline resources requires the change of unviersity operation mechanism.
