摘要
基于某“双一流”建设高校的相关数据,分析学科类型、学科水平、导师科研水平、招录方式对博士生学业完成情况的影响发现:学科类型的影响作用最大,博士生学业完成情况呈现鲜明的学科特点。医学博士生的学业完成率高,花费时间短,理学与工学博士生的学业完成情况相仿,招录方式对三类学科博士生完成学业也有重要影响,学科水平有局部影响,导师科研水平的影响不突出。人文学科、社会科学博士生的学业完成情况相似,所选因子的影响作用均不明显。因此,完善博士生培养应充分考虑学科特点,有针对性地优化培养年限和培养方式。
Based on the relevant data of a“double world-class”construction university,the study explores the academic completion of doctoral students.The results show that there’re distinctive disciplinary characteristics on their completion,and there’s significant influence of discipline type on their completion,while there’s no significant influence of supervisor on their completion.And,the enrollment method is also an important influencing factor.The completion rate of medical doctoral student is high and the completion time is short.The completion of doctoral student in science and engineering is similar to those in medicine.However,there’s difference in humanities and social sciences.Thus,it should improve the cultivation years and cultivation methods according to the characteristics of the disciplines.
