摘要
在结构化理论视角下,职业教育产教融合的内涵演进是作为结构的经济社会与作为行动者的职业教育互动的结果。从行动主导的教学层面的工学结合到结构主导的办学层面的校企合作,再到结构与行动互构的战略层面的产教融合,职业教育产教融合逐渐从理念走向行动。这种变化主要受服务经济发展的结构因素、优化职业教育类型定位的行动因素以及经济发展与职业教育发展相互嵌入的关系性因素影响。展望未来,需要重构规则体系,完善职业教育产教融合的管理体制;统筹资源配置,促进职业教育与产业的协同发展;完善标准体系,提高职业教育的行动能力。
From the perspective of structural theory,the connotation evolution of the integration of industry and education in vocational education is the result of the interaction between the economic society and vocational education.From the action-led teaching level to the structure-led school-enterprise cooperation and then to the strategic level of structure and action mutual construction,the integration has gradually moved from concept to action.The change is mainly influenced by the structural factors,the action factors and the relationship between economic development and vocational education development.Therefore,it is necessary to reconstruct the rule system,coordinate the allocation of resources,promote the coordinated development of vocational education and industry,and improve the standard system.
