摘要
基于发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)中的因果分析理论,分析了采用现有壳体材料存在的问题,将问题转化为技术矛盾、物理矛盾,使用矛盾矩阵、分离方法、发明原理等创新工具,开发了一种耐环境应力开裂的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)材料,解决了催泪弹产品使用、运输、储存中易开裂的问题,提高了产品质量保证周期,达到了预期目标。
Based on the causal analysis theory in the TRIZ theory,the problems existing in the use of existing shell materials was analyzed,and transformed the problems into technical contradictions,physical contradictions.Innovative tools were used such as contradiction matrix,separation methods and invention principles to develop high density polyethylene material(HDPE)with environmental stress cracking resistance.The material solved the problem of easy cracking in the use,transportation and storage of tear gas products,improved the product quality assurance cycle,and achieved the expected goal.
