摘要
构建县域经济发展和乡村转型评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS模型和空间分析方法探究河南省县域经济与乡村转型发展水平的空间特征及耦合关系.结果表明:(1)河南省县域经济空间分异明显,中西部地区为经济增长热点区.欠发达农区县域经济发展水平不断得到提升,部分县域由冷点区转化为次冷点区.(2)河南省县域乡村转型空间相关性显著,县域经济和乡村转型发展水平空间分布不一致.乡村转型热点区分布在中部农区和豫西南部分县域,县域经济增长中心为乡村转型的次热点区和次冷点区.(3)河南省县域经济和乡村转型发展水平呈现"西北高,东南低"的耦合空间分布,经济发展水平对两者耦合的制约作用较为明显.(4)结合人均GDP划分出低水平耦合型、拮抗型、磨合型及协调型4种类型,超过80%的县市经济发展与乡村转型处于耦合状态.
Based on the coupling coordination model,this paper used the entropy weight-TOPSIS method and the spatial autocorrelation model to measure the comprehensive development level and the degree of rural transformation and spatial agglomeration in Henan Province in 2000,2005,2010 and 2016 respectively,to resolve the spatial coupling of the two characteristics,and to determine the spatial coordination of the geographical type.The conclusions could be drawn as follows:The economic space of counties in Henan Province is obviously different,and the central and western regions are hot spots for economic growth.The level of county economic development in underdeveloped agricultural areas has been constantly improved,and some counties have been transformed from cold spots to sub-cold spots.The spatial correlation of rural transformation in Henan Province is significant.The spatial distribution of county economy and rural transformation development level is not consistent.Hot spots of rural transformation are distributed in central agricultural areas and some counties in southwest Henan,and the economic growth center of the county is the sub-hot spots and sub-cold spots of rural transformation.The coupling coordination degree between economic development and rural transformation displayed unbalanced gradient distribution with high in the Northwest Region and low in the Southeast Region,and the economic development level has a more obvious restriction on the coupling of the two based on per capita GDP,which can be divided into four types,the balanced coupling coordination counties in the central and western regions and other economic development level of higher counties.The developing counties accounts for the least,distributed in the periphery of harmonious county area.The antagonistic counties shows a strip distribution in the economically developed county and less developed county boundaries.The isolated counties accounts for the largest proportion,and the contiguous pieces are distributed in large parts of eastern and southeastern Henan.More than 80%of counties and cities are in a state of coupling economic development with rural transformation.
