中西医结合探析肾癌寒热属性 被引量：5

摘要 肾癌是起源于肾实质泌尿小管上皮系统的恶性肿瘤,在我国第二常见的泌尿生殖系统肿瘤中占第二位,仅次于膀胱肿瘤,占成人恶性肿瘤的2%~3%,属于中医"尿血"、"肾积"、"腰痛"等范畴。《灵枢·百病始生篇》中就有类似肾癌的相关记载,"其著于膂筋,在肠后者饥则积见,按之不得。其著于输之脉者,闭塞不通,津液不下,孔窍干壅"。单纯从中医辨证论治指导肾癌临床治疗,难以取得良效。对肾癌进行中医辨病论治.
