摘要
目的:探讨Beyond冷光牙齿漂白技术对活髓牙牙髓的影响。方法:纳入我院2014年1月~2015年1月因正畸需要进行拔除的活髓牙80例,根据临床处理方案的不同分为A、B、C三组。A组患者患牙不进行任何处理,直接拔除;B组患者患牙先经Beyond冷光漂白,然后即刻进行拔除;C组患者患牙先经Beyond冷光漂白,然后7 d后进行拔除。所有拔除的患牙均制作病理切片,通过光镜对所有患牙的牙髓组织形态进行观察对比。结果:经Beyond冷光漂白的活髓牙在漂白前后均未发生任何临床不适,三组患牙在光镜下均能够见到正常的牙髓组织结构。B组、C组与A组比较,患牙的牙髓组织均无无显著的变化。B、C组经Beyond冷光漂白后,牙齿漂白效果总有效率为95.0%。结论:采用Beyond冷光牙齿漂白技术对牙齿进行漂白,对活髓牙牙髓无明显的不良影响,可以作为临床上一种较为安全、可靠的漂白技术。
Objective:To study the impact of Beyond cold light bleaching on the dental pulp of vital tooth.Methods:Eighty teeth vital teeth extracted for orthodontics were involved in this study from January2014 to January 2015 in our hospital,and were divided into Group A(control group,without any treatment before extraction),Group B(teeth were extracted instantly after bleeching),and Group C(teeth were extracted 7 days after bleeching).Pathological changes in dental pulp tissue were compared between the three groups.Results:No significant symptoms were found in all the three groups.Under the light microscope,normal dental pulp tissue was observed,and no diference in pathological examination was found between the three groups.Conclusion:The application of Beyond cold light bleaching has no obvious adverse impact in the dental pulp of vital tooth.It can be seen as a safer and more stable bleaching technology in dental practices.
