施工车辆荷载作用下的无梁楼盖受力分析

摘要 施工期覆土阶段车辆荷载对无梁楼盖的影响较大,荷载过大会导致无梁楼盖超出正常使用状态。为了解施工期车辆荷载对无梁楼盖受力的影响,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对施工期荷载下的无梁楼盖的受力进行模拟分析。得出某种轮压布置工况下的位移、混凝土应力、钢筋应力及损伤云图,比较不同覆土厚度下的不利工况,得出超限状态下最不利工况,根据相关公式计算,最终求得正常使用极限状态下的荷载。 The vehicle load during the soil covering stage and the construction period has a greater impact on the beamless floor.Excessive load will cause the beamless floor to exceed the normal use state.In order to understand the influence of vehicle load on the force of the beamless floor during construction,this paper uses ABAQUS finite element software to simulate and analyze the force of the beamless floor under the load during the construction period.The folloning conclusions are drawn:a obtaining the displacement,concrete stress,steel bar stress and damage cloud diagrams under the corresponding working conditions;comparing the unfavorable working conditions under different covering soil thicknesses;obtaining the most unfavorable working conditions under the over-limit state;The calculating according to the relevant formula;obtaining the normal use Load in the limit state.
