红果参种子生物学特性研究 被引量:2

Study on the biological characteristics of Campnumoea lancifolia(Roxb.) Merr.

摘要 对红果参种子萌发特性进行研究,为红果参种苗繁育提供科学依据。以红果参种子为材料,测定不同光照、温度、pH、浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)、赤霉素(GA_(3))、6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)等条件处理对其种子萌发的影响。结果表明,①红果参种子最适萌发温度为25℃,发芽率可达92.4%;②种子在光照和黑暗条件下发芽率没有差异;③红果参种子对pH具有广泛的适应性,但pH在6~7范围内可获得较高的发芽率;④GA_(3)浓度为200 mg/L时发芽率达到最高,为96.3%,NAA浓度为300 mg/L时发芽率达到最高,为97.4%,低浓度6-BA处理对其发芽率和发芽势无明显提高,浓度高于10 mg/L时有明显抑制性。 This research investigated the germination characteristics of Campnumoea lancifolia(Roxb.)Merr.seeds to provide a scien⁃tific basis for the breeding.To study the effect of different treatments such as temperatures,light,pH,Effects of GA_(3),NAA,6-BA treatment of different concentrations on seed germination of Campnumoea lancifolia(Roxb.)Merr..Results showed that,①the seed has no dormancy,the best germinating temperature range was 25℃,the germination rate was 92.4%;②the seeds in the light and dark conditions germination rate had no difference;③The appropriate pH values range was wide,a high germination rate is obtained around pH 6~7;④Max.germination rate of 96.3%at 200 mg/L of GA_(3),Max.germination rate of 97.4%at NAA concentration of 300 mg/L,Low concentrations of 6-BA treated seeds,The germination rate and germination vigor have no significant improvement.Significantly inhibitory at concentrations above 10 mg/L.
