摘要
烟叶生产可持续发展项目(STP)是当今世界最新的烟叶生产管理理念。黔西南州作为贵州省2个试点之一于2016年底开始推行STP,并在2017年接受了AB Sustain公司的评估。详细介绍了STP的产生背景、主要内容以及在烟叶生产中推行STP的意义。在总结黔西南州实践过程中的经验、取得的成效和面临的困难的同时,提出了相应的对策和建议,为今后进一步推进STP提供参考。
Sustainable tobacco program(STP)is the latest tobacco production management idea in the world. The Qianxinan prefec-ture,as one of the two pilot bases in Guizhou province,practiced STP at the end of 2016 and assessed by AB Sustain in 2017. Thebackground,contents and significance of STP in tobacco production were introduced in detail. In the summarizing the experience,achievements and difficulties in the practice of Qianxinan prefecture,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposedfor further promoting tobacco STP development.
