摘要
目的观察伊血安颗粒在产后促进子宫复旧中对产妇血清泌乳素与泌乳量的影响。方法将720例产妇随机分为对照组与观察组各360例。观察组口服伊血安颗粒治疗,每次1袋,每日3次,连用6 d;对照组予缩宫素,肌内注射,每日1次,每次20 U,连用6 d。于用药前及停药48 h后,各抽取产妇静脉血2 mL,采用放免法测血清泌乳素;于用药的第3、5、7日记录泌乳量。结果观察组用药前后血清泌乳素无显著差异[(546.3±75.6)μg/L、(559.2±81.7)μg/L,P>0.05],与对照组相比也无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组与对照组比较,两组间同时间段泌乳量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论伊血安颗粒用于产后子宫复旧未见对泌乳素及泌乳量有影响。
Objective Observe the effect of Yixuean granule on prolactin and milk yield in promoting uterus involution.Methods 720 parturients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 360 cases each.the observation group were given Yixuean granule,po,tid,1 bag each time,for 6 days;The control group were given oxytocin treatment,im,qd,each time 20 U,for 6 days.Before the treatment and 48 h after stopping the medication,2 mL of venous blood sample was taken and radioimmunoassay was used to measure serum prolactin,and milk yield were recorded after 3,5,and 7 days treatment.Results the observation group had no significant difference in serum prolactin compared with the baseline[(546.3±75.6)μg/L、(559.2±81.7)μg/L,P>0.05],and there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion there was no effect on prolactin and lactation quantity when Yixuean granule was used for uterine involution after delivery.
