摘要
目的分析综合性护理对预防CT扫描中造影剂副反应的影响。方法选择2019年1月-2020年1月本院接受CT扫描94例患者临床资料,按随机数表分为两组,对照组47例采用常规护理,研究组47例给予综合性护理,对两组护理效果进行比较。结果研究组SAS、SDS分别是(34.25±3.73)分、(35.96±4.62)分,比对照组少(P<0.05);研究组副反应发生率、心率异常率以及血压异常率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将综合性护理应用于接受CT扫描患者中,可改善患者不良情绪,能减少副反应发生,临床上值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing care on the prevention of side effects of contrast media in CT scans.Methods The clinical data of 94 patients who underwent CT scans in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group 47 cases received routine care,and the study group 47 cases received comprehensive care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were(34.25±3.73)and(35.96±4.62)respectively,which were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of side effects,abnormal heart rate and abnormal blood pressure in the study group were all lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing CT scanning can improve patients’unhealthy mood and reduce the occurrence of side effects.It is clinically worth promoting.
