摘要
目的探讨利用MRI扫描数据构建剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者术前三维模型的方法及临床意义。方法利用MRI扫描技术,获取剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者断层图像数据集,借助Mimics软件在术前重建该患者术前盆腔影响。结果构建的剖宫产瘢痕妊娠三维模型清晰显示病灶范围、供血动脉、病灶同周围组织之间的关系。结论利用MRI扫描技术结合适当的计算机软件可构建出在体女性剖宫产瘢痕妊娠术前三维模型,对剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的个体化治疗提供影像学评估依据。
Objective To exPlore the method and clinical significance of constructing PreoPerative threedimensional model of cesarean scar Pregnancy using MRI scanning data.Methods The tomograPhic image data of cesarean scar Pregnancy Patients were acquired by using MRI scanning technology,and the PreoPerative Pelvic influence of the Patients was reconstructed by Mimics software.Results The three-dimensional model of cesarean scar Pregnancy clearly showed the range of the lesion,the blood suPPly artery,the relationshiP between the lesion and the surrounding tissues.Conclusion The three-dimensional PreoPerative model of scar Pregnancy in cesarean section can be constructed by using MRI scanning technology combined with aPProPriate comPuter software,which can Provide imaging evaluation basis for the individualized treatment of scar Pregnancy in cesarean section.
