摘要
建筑整体气密性在近零能耗建筑中的节能潜力巨大,掌握建筑整体气密性的影响因素及作用方式,对改善气密性水平非常重要。概论并对比国内外气密性实验的研究现状,指出目前国内气密性研究偏重部件研究而忽视整体研究、偏重模拟而忽视实验的现状研究,在此基础上总结了建筑整体气密性主要影响因素,梳理了气密性研究的现状不足之处和预期研究方向。
The airtightness of the building has prior potential for energy saving in the study of the current nearly-zero energy buildings.This paper introduces and compares the status quo of researches concerning impact factors both at home and abroad.The domestic research on impact factors of airtightness focuses on simulation and component research,ignoring the experiments and integral airtightness.On this basis,the main impact factors of the integral airtightness in the buildings are summarized with the existing deficiencies and expected research directions of the air tightness research sorted out,which lays a foundation for the future research of the integral air tightness of domestic buildings.
