摘要
基于气候风洞的试验段设计和风洞内多参数的交互作用,设计了一种适用于多参数气候风洞的大型太阳辐射模拟系统,改进了灯阵的布置形式。辐射特性实验研究结果表明,系统辐照在0~1000 W/m^2连续可调;系统有效辐照面为2.5 m×2.5 m;辐照均匀性和稳定性均能达到规范B级或以上要求;多参数耦合控制时系统动态控制精度高,动态控制均方根误差为1.08 W/m^2,归一化均方根误差为0.8%。该系统满足建筑材料及构件的太阳辐射实验条件,可用于建筑节能技术研究。
Based on the design of test section and the interaction of multi-parameters in the wind tunnel,a large-scale solar radiation simulation system that suit for multi-parameters climatic wind tunnel is designed,and the arrangement of lamp array is improved.The radiation characteristics of the simulator are experimentally studied.The test results show that the irradiance is continuously adjustable in the range of 0 to 1000 W/m^2.The effective irradiation surface is 2.5 m×2.5 m.The radiation characteristics of the simulator can meet the standard B or above.The irradiation stability and irradiation in homogeneity increases with the increase of irradiance.When multi-parameter devices are coupled,the dynamic control accuracy is high,the RMS error of solar radiation simulator is 1.08 W/m^2,the normalized RMS error is 0.8%.The system satisfies the experimental conditions of solar radiation about building materials and components,and can be used in the research of energy-saving technology.
