摘要
为了提高LLC变换器动态响应性能,采用一种新颖的谐振电压控制策略,克服了传统单电压环控制模式下的环路补偿复杂、动态响应能力不足的缺陷,简化控制环路设计,提高动态响应性能。在阐述该控制策略与工作机理的基础上,通过理论分析与原理样机对比试验分析可知,变换器在负载动态过程中的输出电压超调量由1.0%降为0.375%,动态调节时间由1 ms缩短为500μs,从而验证了该控制策略具有良好的动态响应能力。
In order to improve the dynamic response performance of the LLC converter,a novel resonant voltage control strategy is adopted,which overcomes the shortcomings of complex loop compensation and insufficient dynamic response capability using the traditional single voltage loop control mode.It simplifies control loop design and improves dynamic response performance.Based on the description of the control strategy and working mechanism,through theoretical analysis and comparison test analysis of the prototype,it can be seen that the output voltage overshoot of the converter during the load dynamic process is reduced from 1.0%to 0.375%,and the dynamic regulating time is shortened from 1 ms to 500μs,which proves that the control strategy has good dynamic response ability.
