摘要 首先,简要地概述了锂离子电池常见的几种失效表现及其深层次产生的原因,总结了锂离子电池复杂的失效因果联系;其次,阐述了当前锂离子电池可靠性研究进展;然后,对锂离子电池失效分析及可靠性研究面临的挑战进行了分析;最后,对锂离子电池失效分析和可靠性技术未来发展进行了展望,并提出了相应的对策及建议。 Firstly,several common failures of lithium-ion batteries and their deep-seated causes are briefly summarized,and the complex causal relationship of failures of lithium-ion batteries is summarized.Secondly,the current research progress of lithium ion battery reliability is described.Then,the challenges of failure analysis and reliability research of lithium-ion batteries are analyzed.Finally,the future development of lithium-ion battery failure analysis and reliability technology is prospected,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
