摘要 "七五"期间,装备可靠性"补课"拉开了我国可靠性试验工作的序幕;"八五"期间,可靠性增长和鉴定试验工作显著地提升了机载电子设备可靠性水平;面对设备高复杂性、高可靠性、低试验周期和低成本的需求,大系统可靠性试验、可靠性仿真试验、可靠性强化试验和可靠性加速试验发展起来并得到了广泛的应用。基于MBSE的可靠性安全性一体化设计与验证、基于人工智能的装备可靠性试验与评价、装备作战试验和在役考核可靠性综合评价将是可靠性试验发展的重要方向。 During the"Seventh Five-Year Plan"period,the remedial action of equipment reliability opened the prelude to our country’s reliability test work.During the"Eighth Five-Year Plan"period,reliability growth and qualification test work have significantly improved the reliability of airborne electronic equipment.Facing the requirements of high complexity and high reliability,low test cycle and low cost of equipment,large-scale system reliability test,reliability simulation test,reliability enhancement test and accelerated reliability test have been developed and widely used.MBSE-based integrated reliability and safety design and verification,AI-based equipment reliability test and evaluation,equipment operational test and in-service assessment reliability comprehensive evaluation are important directions for the development of reliability test.
