摘要
为了使高职学生能够获取更多的就业机会,阐述以积极的心理视界,帮助高职学生建立积极向上的人格,使学生增强自我管理意识,提升抗压力以及抗挫力,通过就业信息平台的构建,从而有效提升高职院校的就业率。
In order to enable higher vocational students to obtain more employment opportunities,this paper expounds that with a positive psychological perspective,it can help higher vocational students establish a positive personality,enhance their self-management awareness,enhance their anti pressure and anti frustration ability.Through the construction of employment information platform,the employment rate of higher vocational colleges can be effectively improved.
