摘要
基于传统的工程管理方法和经验已难以适应大型、多项目的网络配电项目管理,探讨利用现代项目管理系统实现网络自动化建设项目的目标,提出一种切实可行的解决方案。
Based on the traditional engineering management methods and experience,it is difficult to adapt to the large-scale and multi project network distribution project management.This paper discusses the use of modern project management system to achieve the goal of network automation construction project,and puts forward a practical solution.
