摘要
认知可靠性与差错分析法(CREAM)是民航事故分析中一种重要的方法,它可以用来追溯飞行事故中由于人为因素导致的差错的根本原因,从而降低此类事故重复发生的概率,保障飞行安全。基于CREAM模型分别从个人(individual)、技术(technological)、组织(organization)三个方面对法航447事故发生的原因进行分析。根据产生事故的原因,给出相应的安全建议。
Cognitive reliability and Error Analysis(CREAM)is an important method in civil aviation accident analysis.It can be used to trace the root causes of errors caused by human factors in flight accidents,so as to reduce the probability of recurrence of such accidents and ensure flight safety.This paper analyzes the causes of air France 447 accident from three aspects:individual,technological and organization,based on CREAM model.According to the cause of the accident,the corresponding safety Suggestions are given.
