摘要
针对区域气象站运行状态难以量化的问题,以综合气象观测系统运行监控系统(山东)中2016~2019年的故障维修单数据为研究对象,采用层次分析法(AHP)进行量化评估。该方法结合区域站的结构原理找出了运行状态评估的特征量和权重系数,进行了指标对比矩阵的一致性检验,确定了指标层次权重等问题,最后得出区域气象站运行状态评估量化的计算公式。结果表明:基于AHP法的区域气象站运行状态评估方法基本符合区域站设备的运行特点,可以有效地反映设备运行状态。
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to quantify the operation status of regional meteorological stations,this paper takes the data of 2016-2019fault maintenance list in the operation monitoring system of integrated meteorological observation system(Shandong)as the research object,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used for quantitative evaluation.This method combines the structure principle of regional stations to find out the characteristic quantity and weight coefficient of operation state evaluation,and carries out a series of steps,such as the consistency test of index comparison matrix and the determination of index hierarchy weight.Finally,the calculation formula of operation state evaluation quantification of regional meteorological stations is obtained.The results show that the operation state evaluation method of regional meteorological station based on AHP basically conforms to the operation characteristics of regional station equipment,and can effectively reflect the operation state of equipment.
