摘要
在我国,由于医疗条件和生育观念的转变,老龄化速度不断加快,截至2018年为止,我国老年人占到了全国人口的11.9%。老年人口的增加给社会发展带来了一定的压力,很多现实问题逐渐显露——老年人生活质量降低、精神层面匮乏等等。这些问题的背后都指向了我国在老年教育领域的投资较少、师资缺乏、老年人自身教育意识薄弱等问题。怎样通过改善我国老年群体受教育情况中存在的种种弊端来引导他们主动参与学习,接受教育,从而促进社会发展,是本文所要探讨的主题。
In China,due to the change of medical conditions and the concept of fertility,the aging rate is accelerating.As of 2018,the elderly in China account for 11.9 percent of the country’s population.The increase of the elderly population brings certain pressure to the social development,and many practical problems gradually emerge--the decline of the quality of life of the elderly,the lack of spiritual level and so on.These problems all point to the lack of investment in the field of education for the aged,the lack of teachers,the weak awareness of education for the aged and so on.The topic of this paper is how to guide the aged people to take the initiative to participate in learning and receive education and promote social development by improving their educational conditions.
