摘要
目的了解2012—2018年甘肃省甘南藏族自治州(简称甘南州)艾滋病感染者(HIV)和艾滋病病人(AIDS)的流行病学特点,为该地区采取艾滋病防控措施提供依据。方法利用艾滋病疫情网络直报系统及甘南州艾滋病疫情监测资料,回顾性分析2012—2018年甘南州艾滋病病人的发病时间、地点、职业、年龄和传播途径等分布特征。结果2012—2018年甘南州共报告45例HIV/AIDS,全州除碌曲县无病例报告外,7个县(市)均有HIV和AIDS,农民工发病最多(18/45,40.00%),其次是家政、家务/待业(9/45,20.00%),病例主要由临床医疗机构检出,传播途径以非婚异性性行为为主(43/45,95.56%),男女性别比为1.8∶1.0(29∶16),病例主要集中在20~49岁的人群;汉族发病最多(21/45,46.67%),其次为藏族(16/45,35.56%)。结论甘南州艾滋病疫情呈低流行趋势;应加强暗娼等高危人群的干预,以遏制艾滋病的扩散蔓延。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HIV infectors and AIDS patients in Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture(Gannan prefecture)of Gansu province from 2012 to 2018,so as to provide effective measures for local HIV control and prevention.Methods Data were collected from national AIDS network direct reporting system and AIDS epidemic monitoring system.The distribution characteristics of onset time,place,occupation,age and route of transmission of AIDS patients were retrospectively analyzed in Gannan prefecture from 2012 to 2018.Results From 2012 to 2018,45 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported in Gannan prefecture.There were HIV/AIDS cases reported among 7 counties(city)in the prefecture,except Luqu,with the most patients of farmers(40.00%,178/45),then people of homemaking and housework/unemployment(20.00%,9/45),and mainly detected in clinical institutions.Un-marital heterosexual sex behavior was the dominant way of transmission(95.56%,43/45).The ratio of male to female was 1.8∶1.0(29∶16),and the cases mainly concentrated in the age group of 20-49 years.The most patient was Han nationality(46.67%,21/45),followed by Tibetan(35.56%,16/45).Conclusions The epidemic of HIV/AIDS presents low prevalence trend in Gannan prefecture.The intervention should be enhanced among the commercial sex workers and other high-risk groups to curb the spreading of HIV/AIDS.
