摘要
通过Super-SBM模型对高技术产业绿色创新效率进行测度,进而构建面板门槛模型研究政府资金补贴对不同企业规模的高技术产业绿色创新效率的影响。研究表明,各省高技术产业绿色创新效率差异明显,效率值高的地区主要集中于中东部地区,其他地区效率值较低;政府资金补贴对不同企业规模的高技术产业绿色创新效率存在单门槛效应,高技术企业规模小于门槛值时,政府资金补贴对绿色创新效率促进作用较小,而企业规模大于门槛值时,政府资金补贴具有显著促进作用。
In this paper,the green innovation efficiency of high-tech industries is evaluated by Super-SBM model,and then the panel threshold model is built to explore the influence of government subsidy on the green innovation efficiency of high-tech industries for enterprise with different sizes.This research demonstrates that the green innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in different provinces present obvious difference,and the areas that show high efficiency value are primarily in the central and eastern regions,while the efficiency value of other regions is low;Government subsidy exerts the single threshold effect on green innovation efficiency of high-tech industries with different enterprise sizes.When the size of high-tech enterprise is less than the threshold,government subsidy exerts a smaller promoting effect on green innovation efficiency.When the size of high-tech enterprise is greater than the threshold,government subsidy exerts an evident promoting effect on green innovation efficiency of high-tech industries.
