农村体育教师职业延迟满足与工作投入的关系:心理韧性的中介作用

The Relationship between Vocational Delay of Gratification and Job Involvement of Rural Physical Education Teachers:Mediation Role of Psychological Resilience

摘要 为了探讨心理韧性在农村体育教师职业延迟满足与工作投入的中介作用,研究采用职业延迟满足量表、工作投入量表、简式韧性量表对湖南省552名农村中小学体育教师进行问卷调查.研究结果显示:职业延迟满足与心理韧性的相关系数为0.431、职业延迟满足与工作投入的相关系数为0.463、心理韧性与工作投入的相关系数为0.466;职业延迟满足通过心理韧性对工作投入的总效应为0.463(0.373~0.542),其中直接作用为0.322(0.206~0.423),占总效应的69.55%,通过心理韧性的间接效应为0.141(0.090~0.199),占总效应的30.45%.职业延迟满足与农村体育教师的工作投入呈正相关,心理韧性起部分中介作用.积极创造条件提升职业延迟满足能力,加强心理韧性教育,有利于提升农村体育教师的工作投入. In order to explore the mediation role of psychological resilience in rural physical education teachers’vocational delay of gratification and work investment was explored,552 physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province were investigated by vocational delay of gratification scale,work involvement scale,short form Resilience Scale.The correlation coefficient between vocational delay of gratification and psychological resilience was 0.431,and the correlation coefficient between vocational delay of gratification and job involvement was 0.463,while the correlation coefficient between psychological resilience and job involvement was 0.466.The total effect of vocational delay of gratification on job involvement through psychological resilience was 0.463(0.373~0.542),of which the direct effect was 0.322(0.206~0.423),accounting for 69.55%of the total effect,and the indirect effect through psychological resilience was 0.141(0.090~0.199),accounting for 30.45%of the total effect.There is a positive correlation between vocational delay of gratification and rural physical education teachers’job investment.Psychological resilience plays a mediation role.Actively creating conditions to improve the ability of vocational delay of gratification,strengthening psychological resilience education are conducive to improving the work investment of rural physical education teachers.
