摘要
低温冷害对柞蚕幼虫生长发育及蚕茧产量均有重要影响。本试验探讨了低温胁迫对柞蚕5龄幼虫生长发育的影响。结果表明,低温胁迫组的发病率显著高于空白对照组,说明低温胁迫可以诱导发病;添食柞蚕核型多角体病毒(ApNPV)组的发病率显著高于空白对照组;先添食ApNPV再低温胁迫组与先低温胁迫再添食ApNPV组之间的发病率差异不显著,但显著高于空白对照组、低温胁迫组和添食ApNPV组;经过低温处理后的5龄柞蚕,营茧后其千粒茧重均有不同程度降低且与空白对照之间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性分析结果表明,低温处理后辽蚕527的SOD及CAT酶活性均为最强;辽蚕527低温胁迫选择试验结果表明,选择系的发病率比非选择系低67.23百分点。综上所述,低温胁迫对柞蚕的抗病性、茧质性状及理化性质均有较大影响,低温胁迫选择使其抗病性有了显著提高,为耐低温冷害品种的选育提供了理论依据。
Low temperature chilling injury has an important effect on the growth and development of tussah larvae and the yield of tussah cocoon.In this experiment,the 5 th instar larvae of tussah were subjected to low temperature stress to explore the resistance mechanism of tussah under low temperature.The results showed that the incidence rate of low temperature stress group was significantly higher than that in CK group,indicating that low temperature stress can induce morbidity.The incidence rate of feeding ApNPV group was significantly higher than that in CK group.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate between the group of low temperature stress before feeding ApNPV and the group feeding ApNPV before the low temperature stress,but both were significantly higher than those of CK group,the low temperature stress group and the group feeding ApNPV.The thousand cocoon weight of the 5 th instar tussah after low temperature treatment decreased in different degrees and there was a significant difference compared with CK group(P<0.05).The activity analysis of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)showed that the SOD and CAT activities of Liaocan 527 were the highest after low temperature treatment.The results of low temperature stress selection test of Liaocan 527 showed that the morbidity of selected lines was lower than that of the non-selected lines by 67.23 percentage points.In conclusion,low temperature stress has great influences on the disease resistance,cocoon quality and physical and chemical properties of tussah silkworm,and the selection of low temperature stress significantly improves its disease resistance,which provides a theoretical basis for the breeding of varieties resistant to low temperature and cold injury.
