摘要
针对浙江油田海坝区块钻进中常发生井漏、卡钻、埋钻具等井下复杂情况的难题,在分析该区块地质特点和钻井施工难点基础上,开展了复合有机盐钻井液技术研究。采用无机盐和有机盐复配提高抑制性、物理和化学封堵相结合提高封堵能力等方法,最终形成一套复合有机盐钻井液体系。室内实验表明,该钻井液抗温120℃,极压润滑系数小于0.12,滚动回收率大于90%。在太阳气田海坝区块现场应用20口井,井壁稳定效果良好,井径扩大率低至5%,起下钻、下套管作业顺利,井漏、卡钻等井下复杂事故率大幅度降低。研究成果表明,复合有机盐钻井液体系能够有效提高海坝区块泥页岩地层井壁稳定性,为太阳页岩气田海坝区块页岩气经济高效开发提供了技术支撑。
In view of the difficult problems of complex downhole conditions such as drilling fluid lrakage,drilling rig stuck and buried in the process of drilling operation of Haiba block in Zhejiang Oilfield,on the basis of the analysis of the geological characteristics of the Haiba block and the difficulties in drilling operation,the technical research of drilling fluid with composite organic salt was carried out.Finally,a set of drilling fluid system with composite organic salt was formed.Laboratory experiments show that the drilling fluid has the temperature resistance of 120℃,lubrication coefficient of less than 0.12 at extreme pressure,and rolling recovery rate of more than 90%.The field application of 20 wells in Haiba block of Sun Shale Gasfield has shown good stability effect of wellbore;the wellbore diameter expansion rate was as low as 5%;rig tripping and casings running operation were smooth;and the downhole complex accidents such as leakage and rig stuck were greatly reduced.The research results indicated that the drilling fluid system with composite organic salt could effectively improve the wellbore stability in the shale formation of Haiba block,which provided the technical support for the economic and efficient development of shale gas in Haiba block of Sun Shale Gasfield.
