摘要
常规螺杆泵定子是易损部件,检泵作业时必须起、下杆柱和管柱,起出螺杆泵损坏无法通过修复实现重复利用,且螺杆泵井检泵作业费用高,制约了螺杆泵采油技术的推广应用。为解决这一问题,进行了软转子金属定子螺杆泵试制。软转子金属定子螺杆泵以金属定子代替橡胶定子,以软转子代替金属转子,使螺杆泵易损部件可以重复利用。检泵作业时,不需要起出油管,只需起出杆柱更换转子即可;更换下来的转子在除去橡胶层后,可以重新加工橡胶层再利用。采用机械铣削加工方法保证了金属定子的精度,内表面离子氮化方法提高了金属定子的耐磨、耐腐蚀性能;模压橡胶软转子橡胶层厚度均匀、受力均衡,具有良好的力学性能和较长的使用寿命。软转子金属定子螺杆泵不仅可替代常规螺杆泵,还可应用于潜油螺杆泵采油技术,具有很好的应用前景。
The stator in the conventional screw pump was a vulnerable part,so the rod string and pipe string must be lifted and lowered during the pump inspection operation.The damaged screw pump could not be reused through repair,and the cost of the screw pump inspection was high,which restricted the popularization and application of screw pump in oil production.In order to solve these problems,the trial production of screw pumps with soft rotor and metal stator was carried out.The screw pump with soft rotor and metal stator replaces the rubber stator with metal stator,and the metal rotor with soft rotor,so that the vulnerable parts in the screw pump can be reused many times.During the pump inspection operation,there is no need to pull out of tubings,just pull out of the rod string to replace the rotor.The rubber layer of the replaced rotor can be processed again and the rotor can be reused after removing the previous rubber layer.Mechanical milling method ensures the accuracy of metal stator,and the ion nitride method on inner surface improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of metal stator.The rubber layer of molded soft rotor has uniform thickness and balanced stress,with good mechanical properties and long service life.The screw pump with soft rotor and metal stator can not only replace the conventional screw pump,but also can be applied to the oil production with submersible oil screw pump,which has a good application prospect.
