摘要
针对哈萨克斯坦HD油田储层碳酸盐含量高、酸化措施效果差等问题,开展储层堵塞因素分析和酸化解堵配方体系研究。储层伤害特征分析表明,黏土矿物伤害、注入水水质不达标、注入水结垢、钻井液侵入等均是造成储层堵塞的原因,常规稠化酸与碳酸盐反应容易生成氟化钙沉积,造成储层二次伤害。为解决上述问题,开展新型酸化解堵技术研究,优选出适合该油田岩性和堵塞特征的新型自转向酸酸化解堵剂配方体系。实验结果表明,该体系对岩心溶解能力较强,对地层骨架破坏较小,具有较好的缓速、洗油和破乳功能;发生酸岩反应时,黏弹性表面活性剂形成高黏度胶束集合体,从而实现自主转向,酸化低渗透储层。三管并联岩心模拟酸化实验结果表明,自转向酸转向作用明显,渗透率改善效果优于常规稠化酸,低渗透储层岩心渗透率提高80%以上。现场开展一口注水井酸化解堵试验,注水量由酸化前的7m^(3)/d增加到97m^(3)/d,取得较好的增注效果。该技术适合高含钙量砂岩储层的酸化解堵,可为海外同类油田增产增注提供技术支撑。
In order to solve the problems of high carbonate content in the reservoirs of Kazakhstan's HD Oilfield and poor acidification measures,the analysis of reservoir blockage factors and the study of formula system for acidification plugging removal have been carried out.The analysis of reservoir damage characteristics shows that damage of clay mineral,poor quality of injected water,scaling of injected water,and intrusion of drilling fluid,etc.are all reasons for reservoir blockage.The reaction of conventional thickened acid with carbonates is likely to generate calcium fluoride deposits that causes the secondary damage to the reservoir.In order to solve the above problems,the research on new acidification plugging removal technology was carried out,and the new formula system of self-diverting acidification plugging removal agent suitable for the lithology and blockage characteristics of the oilfield was optimized.The experimental results show that the system has the strong ability to dissolve the core,low damage to the formation framework,good functions of retarding,oil washing and demulsification.When acidrock reaction occurs,viscoelastic surfactants can form high-viscosity aggregates,thereby realizing automatic selfdiverting and acidifying the low-permeability reservoirs.The simulated acidizing experiment results with three-pipe parallel cores show that the self-diversion effect is obvious,the permeability improvement effect is better than that of conventional thickened acid,and the core permeability in low-permeability reservoirs is increased by more than 80%.The acidification plugging removal test on one water-injection well was carried out in the field,and the water injection volume was increased from 7m^(3)/d before acidification to 97m^(3)/d,which achieved good injection effect.The technology is suitable for acidification plugging removal in sandstone reservoirs with high calcium content,and provides technical support for increasing production and injection in similar overseas oilfields.
