摘要 为模拟螺杆泵反转过程中扭矩的实际变化,对反转过程进行研究,分析了反转中扭矩的组成和释放过程,采用蓄能器驱动液压马达来模拟反转时的动力源。为了准确得到蓄能器释放压力与反转扭矩之间的关系,研制了反转扭矩加载试验装置。通过调节反转扭矩加载试验装置的摩擦片实现反转带载,调节蓄能器的不同压力,得到相应压力下蓄能器能提供的最大反转扭矩。该装置能更好地为适应不同井深、螺杆泵型号的反转扭矩模拟试验提供理论依据。 In order to simulate the actual change of torque in the reverse process of screw pump,the reverse process was studied;the composition and release process of torque in reverse were analyzed;and the accumulator was used to drive the hydraulic motor to simulate the power source in reverse.The loading test device of reverse torque was developed for obtaining the relationship between the release pressure of accumulator and the reverse torque accurately.By adjusting the friction plate in the loading test device of reverse torque to realize reverse loading and to adjust the different pressure of the accumulator,the maximum reverse torque provided by the accumulator under the corresponding pressure was obtained.The device can fully provide theoretical basis for the reverse torque simulation test at different well depths and models of screw pump.
