摘要
针对三元复合驱酸洗及清垢后采出液中FeS污染物致使电脱水器频繁跨电场,增加油水分离难度的问题,开展了FeS化学处理剂的优选研究。通过络合作用、氧化还原、电荷絮凝等作用机理设计了7种FeS化学处理剂,分别在不同比例的原油乳液体系下进行多次对比实验,并综合分析了在电压、乳液体积、含硫量等因素下的不同处理剂破乳和去除效果,通过对比和优选,确定了最优处理剂,并分析了其去除机理。结果表明:叔丁基过氧化氢作为处理剂的主剂,综合效果最优,FeS去除率达84.94%,反应效率高,产物无二次污染。该研究对三元复合驱采出液的处理具有一定的借鉴意义。
The optimization research of FeS chemical treatment agents was carried out in the light of problems that the electric dehydrator cross the electric field frequently to increase the difficulty of oil-water separation caused by FeS pollutant in the produced liquid from acid washing and scale removal by ASP flooding.7 kinds of FeS chemical treatment agents were designed on the basis of complexation,redox,electro-flocculation and other mechanism of action.Lots of comparison experiments were carried out in different proportion of crude oil emulsion systems,and the effect of demulsification and pollutant removal of different treatment agents was comprehensively analyzed under voltage,volume of emulsion,sulphur content and other factors.The optimal treatment agent was determined and the removal mechanism was analyzed through comparison and optimization.The results show that the general effect of the treatment agent with a main agent of tert-butyl hydroperoxide is best with FeS removal rate of 84.94%and high reaction efficiency.The product does not bring any secondary pollution.The research has certain significance of reference for the treatment of produced liquid by ASP flooding.
