摘要
当前,以产教融合为导向,构建高职院校就业创业指导服务体系成为高职院校人才发展和就业创业服务改革优化的必然选择。该文简要概述了产教融合的基本概念,论述了产教融合背景下高职院校就业创业指导服务体系构建的意义,结合高职院校就业创业指导服务工作实际探索了产教融合背景下服务体系的构建策略和未来发展趋势,旨在推动高职院校就业创业服务指导高水平和可持续发展。
Currently,guided by the integration of industry and education,the construction of a guidance service system for employment and entrepreneurship in vocational colleges has become an inevitable choice for the development of talents and the optimization of employment and entrepreneurship service reform in vocational colleges.This article briefly outlines the basic concepts of industry education integration,discusses the significance of constructing the employment and entrepreneurship guidance service system in vocational colleges under the background of industry education integration,and explores the construction strategies and future development trends of the employment and entrepreneurship guidance service system in vocational colleges under the background of industry education integration,aiming to promote the high-level and sustainable development of employment and entrepreneurship service guidance in vocational colleges.
