摘要
应用型高校的人才培养要秉承以学生为中心的原则,从企业的实际需求出发,以需定培,建设好学校与企业之间沟通的桥梁,在学生转变为企业员工的过程中实现人才链与产业链的无缝对接。产业学院是应用型本科院校创新人才培养模式的有效载体,该文从产教融合的视角,介绍了产业学院背景下智能制造专业的人才培养模式、教学体系、教学方式与评价制度。
The talent cultivation of application-oriented universities should adhere to the principle of student-centered,starting from the actual needs of enterprises,and building a communication bridge between schools and enterprises based on needs,in order to achieve seamless connection between the talent chain and the industrial chain in the process of transforming students into enterprise employees.Industrial colleges are an effective carrier for innovative talent cultivation models in applied undergraduate colleges.This article introduces the talent cultivation model,teaching system,teaching methods,and evaluation system of intelligent manufacturing major under the background of industrial colleges from the perspective of integration of industry and education.
