摘要
随着“建设创新型国家中国道路”的深入实施,培养一批高素质、复合型的工程人才是实现科技强国的重要支撑。该文从新工科人才培养的要求出发,探讨思想政治教育与创新创业教育在育人目标、内容以及方法上的协同机理,构建以核心课程、师资队伍、实践平台、制度文化为载体的“四位一体”协同育人模式,为新工科人才培养提供可借鉴的实践路径。
With the in-depth implementation of"building an innovative national China road",cultivating a group of high-quality and compound engineering talents is an important support for the realization of a powerful country in science and technology.The School of Computer Science and Technology of East China Normal University starts from the requirements of training new engineering talents,follows the mechanism of collaborative education between ideological and political education,as well as innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanisms,builds the quaternity collaborative education mode,promotes the deep integration of ideological and political education,innovation and entrepreneurship education between the first and second classes,improves the cultivation of new engineering talents,promotes the practical effect of the new engineering talents training.
